This seems to be largely resolved, we're waiting for feedback from our hosting provider and the reported ISP's having issues.
Our hosting provider confirms they have received several queries about this - altHUB services may be unavailable to some users to certain countries. If you are affected please use a VPN to access altHUB. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions - help.althub.co.za
This seems limited to users on Quad9 DNS, we're continuing to monitor. We're tested multiple locations and altHUB services are running.
